Delete your Small World account
You can permanently delete your Small World account and all of the data associated with it at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.

Unavailable if you are being asked to accept updated terms — use the email route below instead.
If you still have Small World installed, this is the fastest way:
- Open Small World and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
Deleted the app, or can't get into it? Request by email
If you have uninstalled Small World, or we have asked you to accept updated terms and you would rather not, you can still request deletion. Email us from the address (or with the phone number) you signed up with, so we can find your account:
We action verified requests within 30 days and email you when it is done — slower than deleting in the app, so use the in-app route above if it is available to you.
What gets deleted
Everything, with one exception. Deleting your account erases the personal data we hold about you — your profile and sign-in identity, and everything listed under what we collect in our privacy policy. This is irreversible — once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. The exception is reports: a report you filed, or a report made about you, is kept even after the account it involves is deleted — see our privacy policy for what that keeps and for how long.
Two things outlive your account briefly and then expire on their own: operational log entries, within 30 days, and any analytics or crash reports you consented to, within 90 days. Copies may also persist for a limited period in encrypted backups before they are overwritten. We may also keep records for longer where the law requires it.
