Delete your Small World account
You can permanently delete your Small World account at any time. Your account data will be deleted from our live systems. In-app safety reports you submitted, or that were submitted about you, may be kept for up to 13 months. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.

Unavailable if you are being asked to accept updated terms — use the email route below instead.
If you still have Small World installed, this is the fastest way:
- Open Small World and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleted the app, or can't get into it? Request by email
If you have uninstalled Small World, or we have asked you to accept updated terms and you would rather not, you can still request deletion. Email us from the address (or with the phone number) you signed up with, so we can find your account:
We action verified requests within 30 days and email you when it is done — slower than deleting in the app, so use the in-app route above if it is available to you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account erases your account data from our live systems — including your profile and sign-in identity, and the account data listed under what we collect in our privacy policy. In-app safety reports you submitted, or that were submitted about you, may be kept for up to 13 months. The deletion cannot be undone and your account cannot be recovered.
Some temporary technical records expire separately: server logs within 30 days, and any usage analytics and crash data you consented to within 90 days. Copies may also persist for a limited period in encrypted backups and in our service providers' systems before they are overwritten; we do not use those copies for any purpose other than restoring the service after a failure.
